presentation of the rally.

Sunday April 20
DUBROVNIK (Croatia) > SPLIT (Croatia)
Departure at 9am
The first day begins the climb
towards the North of the Adriatic Sea, with
spectacular seaside roads.
This is an opportunity to visit the island of Pelješac, its
renowned vineyards and its new emblematic bridge
that offers territorial continuity to Croatia. The rally stops in the
heart of the charming and lively city of Split
on the Dalmatian coast.

Monday April 21
SPLIT (Croatia) > ZADAR (Croatia)
Departure at 10am
The second jFALKENSTEINER IADERA*****ary continues to
run along the coast, with hundreds of
small islands that form lagoons suitable
for navigation. At midday, head inland, to the mountains, lakes and
the Krka National Park and its majestic
waterfalls. The roads are still of excellent quality, with a wide profile and little traffic.
The hotel for the evening is nestled as close as possible to the sea
on the tip north of Zadar.

Tuesday April 22
ZADAR (Croatia) > LJUBLJANA (Slovenia)
Departure at 9am
Change of scenery for the third stage,
since the route leaves the seaside in
direction of the center of Croatia and in particular
the most famous of the country’s National Parks,
that of the Plitvice Lakes where lunch will be
organized. In the afternoon, the road book crosses the
large mid-altitude forests in the direction
of Slovenia, more precisely its capital
Ljubljana and its bustling historic city center.

Wednesday April 23
LJUBLJANA (Slovenia) > RIJEKA (Croatia)
Departure at 9am
The rally then heads towards the North of
Slovenia, bordering Austria, with
very “natural” routes around Lake Bled, a favourite tourist destination for the Slovenians, where Marshal Tito had a residence now converted into a hotel that we will use for our lunch break.
In the afternoon, return to Croatia and to the seaside towards the Rijeka region where the brand new Hilton Costabella hotel has had the good idea to set up shop. Each room then offers a
spectacular view of the sunset.

Thursday April 24
RIJEKA (Croatia) > PORTOROZ (Slovenia)
Departure at 9am
For the fifth stage, you will discover
the Istrian peninsula. Its relief offers
beautiful driving moments, while the
panoramas give pride of place to sea views.
The fishing port of Rovinj and its special atmosphere will be a popular stopover for the
participants before crossing the border to return to Slovenia. The seaside resort of Portorož, its beach, its casino,
its famous palace and certainly an enthusiastic welcome from the public will be a highlight of the
rally..

Friday April 25
PORTOROZ (Slovenia) > VENICE (Italy)
Departure at 9am
The last stage will cross the Gulf of Trieste
in Italy then the Grado lagoon. It will then be
time to enjoy lunch in Italy and
reload the cars in the closed trucks
before enjoying a grandiose finale in Venice.
From Marco Polo airport you will board
the legendary water taxis to reach
Saint Mark’s Square via the Grand Canal and the MONACO hotel where the awards ceremony
will be organized.

1st RALLY DUBROVNIK > VENICE
In line with our previous rallies in Iceland, the Algarve, Andalusia and Greece, it is with the same pleasure that we have recognized the most beautiful roads in Croatia and Slovenia to offer you a rally between Dubrovnik and Venice.
Travelling along the eastern coast of the Adriatic, the routes alternate between seaside and inland areas to discover the most emblematic places of these two often overlooked countries. The landscapes, the road profiles, the hotels, the gastronomy and the welcome are real favorites.
The DUBROVNIK > VENICE RALLY is open to collector cars from 1950, with a GT RALLY category for contemporary sports models.
ACCESS
Access to Dubrovnik is very easy, Croatia and Slovenia are part of the European Union.
No visa required and customs formalities for vehicles are simplified.The transport of your car, in a closed truck from start to finish, from Calais, Brussels, Düsseldorf, Munich, Paris, Lyon, Tours, Niort, Marseille, Bordeaux, Nice/Monaco, Luxembourg, Geneva, Milan, or Barcelona to Dubrovnik and return from Venice is included in the registration fees. Departure from another city is always possible, do not hesitate to ask us.
If participants wish to travel to the start by road and therefore do not wish to have their car transported, we will deduct the cost of transport from the registration fee.
On site, our usual teams of mechanics will assist you, and in the event of an irreparable breakdown, your vehicle will be loaded onto one of our trucks and repatriated to its city of departure.
Dubrovnik and Venice are particularly well served by plane, from many cities in Europe, with regular flights and low-cost companies. And don’t hesitate to extend your stay to visit these two cities particularly rich in historical heritage.
CLIMATE
The end of April is ideal. There is no time difference between France and Croatia and Slovenia, even though they are well to the east of the Adriatic. Spring, after the switch to summer time, offers long days before the summer crowds.

Local enthusiasm for automobiles is real and it’s a pleasure!
ROAD NETWORK
The roads are very wide, not very busy at this time of year, 100% asphalted, in excellent condition, with relief and profiles suitable for driving.
HOTELS
At each stage you will be accommodated in the most comfortable hotels, all located on the seafront, apart from the one in the capital Ljubljana.
The addresses chosen for the rally are of very high standing, most of them very recent. In Venice, we have selected a hotel in the immediate vicinity of San Marco Square with a private pontoon for access by water taxi. Ideal for extending your stay in the lakeside city.
GASTRONOMY
It is also a great discovery with a Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, often favoring seafood.
The Italian influence is never far away and a concern for “healthy” food drives the new trends in gastronomy. Slovenian and Croatian vineyards have also really progressed to offer top-quality white and red wines.

Impeccable behavior on the road will be required of participants.
The roads are open to traffic, the Highway Code must therefore be scrupulously respected and the attitude of participants towards other users or participants must be exemplary. Those who do not come in this spirit are not welcome and risk being excluded from this meeting reserved for enthusiasts.
Rules
ELIGIBLE VEHICLES
Vehicles eligible to take part must be of the Rally, Sport or Grand Touring type from the post-war period to the present day (class 1 to GT).
Class 1: 1950 – 1965
Class 2: 1966 – 1979
Class 3: 1980 – 1992
Class GT*: Grand Touring until 2025

The selection committee reserves the right to refuse any vehicle. Vehicles must comply in all respects with the Highway Code. Participants must ensure that their car is in good general condition, in particular the tires, lighting, battery mounting and seat belts (if required by law). The presence on board of a warning triangle, a yellow vest and a fire extinguisher is mandatory. The compliance of vehicles with the highway code is the responsibility of the participants.
The organization will not carry out any technical, insurance or administrative checks on the vehicles and the driving skills of the participants. No change of registered participating vehicle is possible without prior authorization from RALLYSTORY.
RALLY
Six stages are on the program, or 1,640 km of rally routes, on 100% asphalt roads.
Competitors must follow the road book itinerary, without speed or average constraints. To do this, they have their score sheet stamped at the various Passage Controls (CP) whose locations are kept secret. We remind you that since the event takes place on open, non-neutralized roads, participants must strictly comply with the Highway Code. Information on safety instructions is included in the road book given to participants.
AWARD CEREMONY
The DUBROVNIK > VENICE RALLY does not have a ranking. The prize-giving ceremony is intended to be friendly and based on non-competitive criteria.
AT NO TIME WILL ANY CONCEPT OF SPEED, AVERAGE OR TIME ALLOCATED ON THE ROAD INTERVENE IN THE RANKING.
As the DUBROVNIK > VENICE RALLY takes place in a friendly atmosphere, no complaints will be accepted.
TRANSPORT OF CARS IN CLOSED TRUCKS FROM END TO END
In order to guarantee transport in the best conditions, we will only use closed trucks that allow flat loading and optimal protection of your vehicles. In association with the professional company PREVOST, perfectly insured and specialized in the international transport of prestige vehicles, your car will be transported by closed truck and without breaking the load to Heraklion in Crete from the city of your choice:
Brussels (B), Düsseldorf (D), Munich (D), Luxembourg (L), Geneva (CH – Airport on the French side), Milan (I), Barcelona (E), Calais (F), Paris (F), Lyon (F), Marseille (F), Nice/Monaco (F), Bordeaux (F), Tours (F), Niort (F), or if several participants are interested in a group transport from another city, we can study a place to collect the vehicles accordingly. The carrier takes care of all customs formalities. The delivery time is approximately 15 days.

MECHANICAL ASSISTANCE
Teams of professional mechanics and broom vehicles are available to participants to assist them throughout the route and at the stages. Most breakdowns are repaired by our mechanics. We recommend that you have a small set of spare parts on board your vehicle, such as belts, spark plugs, brake pads, fuel pumps, etc. They may prove very useful. Finally, check with your insurer that your contract provides for towing assistance (which is generally the case) in the event of a breakdown that cannot be repaired by our teams.
TOWING
In the event of a breakdown that cannot be repaired on site, your car will be loaded onto one of the organisation’s trucks and repatriated to its initial loading point in Europe.
LUGGAGE TRUCK
Participants, who wish to do so, may entrust their luggage to the Organization, which will transport it from hotel to hotel.
PARK GUARDING
Every night, the parks are guarded by professional surveillance teams. Either by private security guards or by hotel guards.

At each stage, special care is taken with accommodation. The best hotels are selected to guarantee you comfort and services.

ENTRY FEES
The “all-inclusive” entry fees of €16,350 (€7,350 deposit upon registration and €9,000 balance one month before departure) include for a crew of two people and their vehicle:
– logistical support,
– round-trip transport of the vehicle,
– 7 nights in a double room with breakfast,
– 13 meals with drinks from dinner on April 19 to dinner on April 25,
– rally equipment (aluminum plates, door numbers, roadbook, etc.),
– park guarding,
– luggage transport,
– mechanical assistance with a platform,
– gifts, etc.

Supplement 2 single rooms: €2,850
NO COMMITMENT WILL BE CONFIRMED WITHOUT A DEPOSIT.
In the event of cancellation on your part after March 19, 2025, the deposit will not be refunded.
For any cancellation of your participation before March 19, 2025 and whatever the reason, this
deposit will be refunded to you. Beyond this date it will be retained. The balance is to be paid at the latest
one month before departure.

INSURANCE
The DUBROVNIK > VENICE RALLY is a leisure event
aimed at bringing together owners of
collection or exceptional vehicles, outside any notion of
sport, speed, competition or racing.
THE OWNERS OF THE VEHICLES INVOLVED ARE PERSONALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR CIVIL LIABILITY MOTOR INSURANCE TOWARDS THIRD PARTIES AND FOR INSURANCE OF DAMAGE THAT MAY BE SUFFEREDBY THEIR VEHICLES. THEY ARE RECOMMENDED TO CHECK THE EXTENT OF THEIR GUARANTEES WITH THEIR INSURER BEFORE THE EVENT.
Vehicles driving on the road must comply with the Highway Code and in particular be provided with a registration certificate, a technical inspection certificate (if required) in force and a valid insurance certificate.
Participants waive the liability of RALLYSTORY in any capacity whatsoever, except in the event of serious negligence. The contract concluded between the participants and the organizer, based on the French version, is governed by French law. Any dispute that may arise will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Paris courts.
Concerning transport: your vehicle is insured up to €30,500. To guarantee a higher value, contact your insurer. We also remain at your disposal to put you in touch with our carrier who will be able to offer you a suitable solution.
INFORMATION AND REGISTRATION
The DUBROVNIK > VENICE RALLY does not require a driver’s license, vehicle homologation or specific insurance. The green card is valid in Croatia, Slovenia and Italy.
