Conditions Générales de Ventes
The events proposed on this website are organized by Rallystory – 214, rue de Courcelles, 75017 Paris.
Each request for participation in an event is considered valid only when it fully complies with the conditions outlined in the regulations of each event and the present General Terms of Sale. Registration is considered firm and final when the Organizer has received payment of the down payment of the registration fees, the file is in accordance to the Regulations and these General Terms of Sale, the maximum number of available spots has not been reached, or the (automobile) model to be entered by the crew remains eligible (see specific conditions for each event in the respective brochure).
Registration fees can be paid by check drawn on a French bank in euros, bank transfer, or credit card.
Drivers of vehicles participating in our events must hold a valid driver’s license for the entire duration of the event; otherwise, access will be denied. Any cancellation of participation, at the request of the registered crew or at the request of the Organization directly related to a suspended driver’s license, will not be subject to any refund. Similarly, drivers commit to participating in the event in strict compliance with the traffic code, not only in terms of driving but also in terms of alcohol consumption, medication, and other substances. During the event and at any time, the Organization may conduct tests to verify any suspicions in this regard and exclude any crew that does not meet these requirements. In such a case, temporary or permanent exclusion of the crew will not be refunded.
In the event of the Organization canceling a race, and in the absence of cancellation due to weather conditions or force majeure, the registration fees already paid by the crews will be fully refunded.
Rallystory may change the prices of services offered (registration fees, options, etc.) without notice, without retroactive effect. Likewise, any commercial operation cannot be retroactive.
The Organization cannot be held responsible for weather conditions during the event, and any cancellation of a crew’s participation due to weather conditions will not be refunded. Similarly, crews will not be entitled to any compensation if the event takes place in weather conditions that do not suit them. If a registered crew no longer wishes to participate in an event, for any reason, any request addressed to the Organization will be governed by the Rally Regulations.
Each event is organized with a limited number of possible registrations, so it is advisable to register as soon as each of them is commercially available. In case of sending a registration request to the Organization after the maximum number of registrations has been reached, the requesting crew will be placed on a waiting list and informed of the situation in real-time.
Any potential dispute will be submitted to the competent court.
